Dr. Clevester Moten is a dynamic and experienced leader with over 20 years of collective service across the public, governmental, private, and nonprofit sectors. With a strong passion for driving impact through leadership, strategic planning, and equity-driven outcomes, Dr. Moten has built a legacy of transformative leadership and service innovation.
In addition to his professional achievements in the field, Dr. Moten has spent more than 12 years in academia, serving in faculty and administrative roles. Over the past 4 years, he has held leadership positions in higher education, where he has led program design, faculty development, and curriculum innovation to support student success and institutional growth.
His diverse expertise spans policy advocacy, education and workforce development, nonprofit strategy, behavioral health, and executive coaching. Through Moten & Associate Consulting Group, Dr. Moten continues his mission to help individuals, institutions, and communities thrive through customized, mission-centered solutions.
